2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are considered confirmed only after a successful payment is processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their travel or delivery details.
Refunds, where applicable, follow the guidelines outlined in our official refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of incomplete information or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Liability
We take extensive measures to ensure safe and reliable transportation. However, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control—including road closures, extreme weather, delays, accidents, or customer-provided incorrect information.
Customers are responsible for personal belongings during transport and for providing accurate sender/recipient details when using courier services.
4. Prohibited Items (Courier Services)
For safety and regulatory compliance, we do not transport illegal, dangerous, highly flammable, or hazardous items. Packages may be inspected as required under Ghanaian law.
- Weapons and ammunition
- Chemicals and toxic substances
- Explosives, corrosives, or highly flammable items
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Items prohibited by Ghanaian transportation regulations
